Questions
Do you keep my invoices?
No. Each file is read, your spreadsheet is generated, and the file is discarded. We only store your email and your credit balance.
How accurate is it?
Very accurate on digital invoices and sharp photos. As with anything typed by hand, give the spreadsheet a quick check before filing.
What if an invoice can't be read?
It goes to a separate tab in the spreadsheet with the reason, and you are not charged for it.
What if one PDF has several invoices?
Each invoice becomes its own row and uses one credit. A single invoice spread over several pages counts as one.
Which countries and languages work?
Invoices in any language and currency. Tax and withholding amounts are captured whenever they appear on the invoice.
Is the 9 € a monthly fee?
No. Packs are one-time payments. You buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.
