Controller
Israel Hernandez Mediavilla, Kwakkelstraat 78, 2300 Turnhout, Bélgica · [email protected]
Data we process
Your email, an encrypted password, your credit balance and purchase history. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Your invoices
Files are processed on the fly to create your spreadsheet and are not stored on our servers. To read them we use an AI provider (Anthropic) acting as processor, which does not use this data to train its models.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in and remember your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract (providing the service you request, including reading the invoices you upload), legal obligations (bookkeeping of purchases) and our legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention. If your invoices contain personal data of other people, you act as controller and we act as your processor.
Retention
Account and purchase data are kept while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires. If you delete your account we remove your email, credits and history, except what we must keep by law. Invoices you upload are not stored.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can withdraw your account at any time from your panel.
Service providers and transfers
We use Render (hosting, EU data centre in Frankfurt), Anthropic (AI reading of your invoices), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email) and Cloudflare (DNS and email forwarding). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
Supervisory authority
You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be) or with the authority of your country.
